For the Monthly Recipe Challenge at #Still-Life-Stills Ingredients:
125 g butter
300 g sugar
125 g flour
125 g hazelnuts (kibbled/powdered)
125 g dark chocolate (ground)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp clove (kibbled/powdered)
7 tbsp milk
1 tsp baking powder
a pinch of saltHow to:
Part the eggs.
Cream butter, sugar and egg-yellow until light.
Mix in hazelnuts, ground dark chocolate, spices and milk to it and keep stirring.
Mix flour and baking powder, fold into the mixture and mix slowly.
Whisk the egg-white stiff and fold in, too.
Grease a cakeform and sprinkle the ground with powdered hazelnut.
Put the dough in the form and bake for 50 min. at 180°C / 356°F
