Dear artists, inspirers, learners and teachers;

welcome to the fourth round of the TeamWork project.
We embraced your feedback from the last rounds, so before we begin the project there will be a week of promotion for the project; then we will open the sign-up sheet and have that open for 2 weeks.

We hope you're ready and just as excited as we are about this!
So tell your friends, watchers and fellow deviants about the project, so we can have a whole lot of fun and learning!

What is the project about?

The aim is to team up two (or more) artists to achieve a close and individual learning-experience.
One of the two will be the teacher, whereas the other will be the student. (But our teachers will learn through this project just as much, I'm sure )

Teachers will present assignments to their students and provide them with tools, techniques and lessons to achieve the goal they both decided on.
In the end we'll present all the finished assignments in a big chat event and on our group page!

There also might be prizes for Best TeamWork, Best Final Artwork and Strongest Improvement!

We will provide all teams with tips, rules and guidelines on teaching, as soon as all teams signed up for the project.
But we also expect some WIP's back from you during the TeamWork phase so we can follow your progress throughout the project.

When's this happening?

The project consists of three major parts plus the promotion phase:

Promotion phase: Wed 8 Oct - Sat 18 Oct 2014

The sign-up phase: Sun 19 Oct - Sun 2 Nov 2014

The TeamWork phase (4 weeks): Mon 3 Nov - Sat 29 Nov 2014

Regular chats with all teams to see how the project is going for you, every weekend in the TeamWork phase (reminders will be sent via note every week)

I want to be a teacher!

If you'd like to be a teacher, don't be shy!
There is always something you can share with somebody, and most likely there is someone who wants to know about that topic!

Every artform is very welcome!
Writers, photographers, painters, musicians, any kind really!

You always wanted to know how to take a certain photo, how to paint a portrait or how to write a poem?
You're in the right place for that! Hopefully we can find you a mentor to teach you!

FAQ

May my team-partner and I teach each other (in different fields as well) so we're both student and teacher in the same team?

- Yes, definitely. Please let us know though!

Could I teach one person but be a student of another?

- Only if you find the time to fulfill both roles for the period of time.

I got requests from multiple students to be their teacher, may I teach them both (maybe in group lessons) ?

- Only if you find the time to teach multiple students and help them individually, when they have difficulties with certain aspects of the training.
